My client contact:
A staffing firm recruiting Gen Z talent from a site written for corporate clients.
Futurize is a digital-solutions consultancy that has to recruit as actively as it sells. Its site addressed one audience — prospective clients — while the people it most needed to reach were candidates, and every job listing was maintained by hand.
The brief was one site that works for both readers without splitting into two, and a posting process the team could run without a developer.
One site for clients and candidates, with job posting moved into the CMS.
We started from what Futurize sells and who it needs to hire, then built one identity that carries both: corporate enough for a client, with enough visual energy to read as a tech employer.
Job listings moved into the CMS, so the team publishes a role once instead of editing pages. Measured against the process it replaced, recruiting overhead fell 47% and job-posting clicks rose 70%.
Next projects.
