An institutional capital advisory requiring a tech-forward identity.
Johnson Capital was trapped in a dated brand that didn't reflect their execution speed or capital breadth. They needed a digital presence that combined the pedigree of traditional commercial real estate with the interactive, data-driven approach of a modern fintech platform.
Engineering a dark premium identity and interactive site to signal authority.
We completely overhauled their architecture, designing a category-based navigation system and full-service structure that wins in search. To differentiate them visually, we deployed a dark, cinematic aesthetic paired with custom interactive tools like a live rates ticker and visual timeline.
