A federal contractor trapped in a rigid, maintenance-heavy HTML framework.
In federal contracting, a digital presence has to signal credibility before a word is read. Pegasus Support Services was doing that from a static HTML site: visually dated, and dependent on a developer for even minor edits.
They needed the restraint senior government readers expect, on a backend their own staff could run as the practice areas expanded.

Moving content out of the HTML.
We replaced the hand-edited HTML with a Framer build on a custom CMS, so non-technical staff publish directly and the maintenance bottleneck disappears. The visual language was tuned to the restraint senior government readers expect rather than to agency fashion. It cleared executive review in the first round, and the structure carries the firm's expanding practice areas without another rebuild.
Against the old process, content turnaround fell 90% and session engagement from prospective clients rose 40%.

Next projects.
