A motion-led website that follows a commercial real estate deal from inbox to score to decision, making the product’s workflow visible.

Rets AI needed to explain a multi-step deal-flow product with nothing but screenshots and static text, asking visitors to read their way into a workflow that's fundamentally about motion. We engineered a four-act cinematic animation system, one act per pipeline stage, replacing the static explainer with a sequence visitors actually watch unfold.

Rets AI's homepage explained a workflow product with the tools of a brochure: screenshots, copy blocks, an icon list.

The product's value is a process. Set a buy box, connect an inbox, score every offering memorandum, surface the brokers who convert. Static panels couldn't show deals moving from inbox to score to decision.

In the template card, two deals come in and get denied fast. Then a pause, and the hero deal arrives, its score ticking from 67 to 98 before the PURSUE stamp lands.

Execution overview

Choreographed motion in place of a flat explainer.

The brief arrived as a v2. The first pass used standard CSS transitions and looked like every other SaaS explainer.

We rebuilt the motion language from scratch. Reveals use a stepped five-stage blur, so each one reads like a camera pulling focus. Each card gets one camera zoom, timed to its main action, and key moments like a score stamp land with a small settle.

Four cards cover four pipeline stages, each with one dramatic beat and a deliberate hold. The sequence now replaces the homepage's static screenshot section. Watch it play out live.
