Ruri Ohama is a productivity thought leader and YouTuber. She sought to monetize her audience by solving a critical pain point: "productivity guilt." Existing tools were too rigid, causing users to fail and churn. Ruri needed a flexible digital home for her "Kaizen System" that not only resonated with a male-dominant 25-35 demographic but also converted high-intent traffic into lifetime users without overwhelming them.

Prioritizing a ruthless "mobile-first" approach and strategic A/B testing, we discovered that a streamlined, single-option pricing model significantly outperformed complex tiers. We rebranded the visual identity to appeal specifically to the 25-35 male demographic, combining minimalist aesthetics with robust functionality. The result: a 32% boost in checkout conversions, establishing the Kaizen System as a new benchmark in empathetic productivity tools.
