A viral makeup giant trapped in a legacy B2B infrastructure.
Skindinavia is the silent giant behind the world's best setting sprays, white-labeling for major brands. When they suddenly went viral on social media, their existing "trust-heavy" legacy website wasn't built to capture the influx of retail consumers. They relied heavily on Amazon for fulfillment, losing valuable customer data and brand equity. They needed a rapid transformation to a "premium" aesthetic (inspired by Kylie Cosmetics) that could handle high-volume traffic without sacrificing load speeds or user experience.



Decoupling design from logic: A headless Framer + Shopify architecture.
AethrDesign engineered a headless commerce solution to get the best of both worlds. We used Framer to build a visually stunning, highly customizable frontend that matched their new "Pink (#F670C6)" visual identity. We connected this to a robust Shopify backend via the Framer Commerce plugin, ensuring secure payment processing and inventory management. This architecture allowed the client to bring product updates in-house while we optimized the UX with psychological triggers—reducing decision fatigue and using "progressive disclosure" to tell their brand story.
